Personal Development in Network Marketing

One of the key weaknesses most beginner network marketers have is know how and sales skills. After all, many of them actually joined the industry because of the potential for growth and good income but not all of them have the experience in promoting, selling and networking that are critical to Mlm success. This is why it’s highly important that in choosing network marketing programs, you should zero in on the potential to get personal development training as well.

Getting the support you need

The best Mlm programs work because there is a clear structure and standard procedures maintained. These are implemented and followed by all business units, such as those built by a team leader and his/her downlines.

Without the necessary support, it’s very easy for individual differences and preferences to come in, thereby diluting the system and even corrupting it. This is how many of the wrong practices and faulty procedures seep into a network marketing business unnoticed. Before long, the business will begin to suffer from the lack of discipline and cooperation among members.

A strong network marketing company understands the need to maintain a set standard of work and performance quality among its team leaders and their downlines. Only then can the structure of the business be maintained and the quality of service assured to its customers.

So how do you find a network marketing program that can assure you of personal development? Here are some signs to look out for:

Well-organized marketing campaigns

The Mlm industry is a robust, multi-billion dollar industry. It has several major players and dozens of minor ones, each vying for a bigger segment of the market. Once you sign up for one program, know that what you’ll be up against are at least 5 or 10 others in the same field, whether it’s consumer goods, personal care or nutritionals.

If your Mlm program cares about the personal development of its members, they should be able to provide you with professional quality marketing materials. These should contain sufficient information to promote the products and/or services to help drum up interest in the business.

Training

A good Mlm company should be able to constantly provide training for their members. As mentioned earlier, most people join the industry with very little knowledge – all they truly have are good intentions. Your network marketing company should include affiliate seminars and training that is specifically geared towards improving the sales and marketing performance of all teams.

Community support

Another important clue to identifying a Mlm company that offers solid personal development is one where strong community support is present. With all the income that can be potentially generated in network marketing, it’s quite easy to turn greedy. However, if a network marketing company is well structured, it should be able to promote and nurture community support among its members.

Customer support

Customer support is not just a goal for personal development in network marketing, it’s also a strategy. It’s a known fact that good customer support does more for a business than anything else. Of course, when customers feel taken care of and valued, they are more likely to patronize your business.

Fair compensation plan

Nothing does more for personal development than a program that offers a fair yet well-paying compensation plan. In fact, this is one of the main reasons why people sign up for a particular program. When you are presented with a network marketing opportunity, always check to see how well structured the compensation plan is. This, among other factors, will help determine how well you will get rewarded for your efforts.

I need urgent help! Is Personal Development right?I am a Christian and I want to be loyal to Jesus. I just joined a network marketing company on Personal Development (online courses on how to be: successful, happier in relantioships, independent, finantial free, spiritual growth, human growth etc…. I loved at first, and my business started to grow very quickely, but a spiritual friend of mine said that Personal Development is agaisnt Jesus doutrine considering that people would rely on themselves alone to solve their problems and not Jesus to their lives – they would look for help eslewhere other then in Jesus.

I don't know what to do….. simply because my friends and family are in it now, everybody I know are happy with it, my boyfriend is 100% passionate about it, and I am earning my living without having to sacrifice 40 hrs of my time, which means I can work at the church and charities……. it seems good but I am in doubt…….. should I leave it? I need to decide soon.

Please be honest. Thank you for your time.

Hey, if that's working for you, then you keep right on doing it. Don't become one of these people who sits around with $300,000 in debt waiting for God to give them the winning lottery numbers or send them a check in the mail.

This is real life. God isn't going to solve all your problems. As the saying goes, God helps those who help themselves.

Keep up the good work. If there is a God, I have to believe he wants you to be happy. If this personal development stuff is making you happy, then stop stressing about it.References :

Biblically, there are lots of points where people are shown that they must rely on their own devices, or even on those of other people. Consider that at one point, Jesus said "Heal yourselves." Consider that Moses, facing the presence of his God, pleaded that he was poor of speech, and rather than suddenly and miraculously making Moses into an orator, God sent Aaron to be his spokesman.

Seems to me that your "friend" is more likely jealous of your success than sincerely concerned about your salvation. You're educating people; you're doing it (I'll presume) honestly and fairly. And you'll labor six days and do all thy work, right? So where is this unChristian of you? A ridiculous allegation if you ask me.References :

Well, I would say that as long as this course stresses the importance of God and that HE is ultimately the one blessing you, then there is nothing wrong with it. If this course is more like a "self help" book, then I might not recommend it. First and foremost, you need to remember that God knows your heart. He knows if you're in this course and still relying on Him for guidance or if you're taking it with the thoughts that YOU are going to make your life better. Pray about it and just remember to always put Christ in the center.References :

Your bettering yourself, your financial situation, your life in general. The more you get the more you have to be thankful for. This is a good thing. You never know maybe it was God's will for you to do this? Nevertheless, if it bothers you that much, I would talk to your pastor and see what he has to say about it. :)

People can always lose focus and direction in their lives.

If you can actually point to something in whatever you are doing that encourages that see if there is some way in which you can counteract that. if there isn't anything, then it is their own fault if they lose track of what is supposed to be their OWN commitment.References :

Sounds like you are starting to find truth in your own power. Take some credit and realisation that everything that happens in your life is controlled by you and others around you, and really that is what 'god' is.

Personal development is what Christianity is all about, Jesus never said, "remain stagnant throughout your life, and you will be rewarded". What you are doing is not a crime against man or God, and you helping others is certainly Christian. You friend may be well intentioned, but what you do is between you and your God. Instead of laying back waiting for God, developing and helping others develop what God has given us all seems most Christian.References :

Personally I don't think the two are even related. But I would say isn't Jesus helping in solving your personal problems by yourself?
