Are your kind offers of help to generate MLM leads and MLM training in general falling on deaf ears?

You know, having a lazy downline used to be the quickest route to grey hair and stomach complaints known to the MLM community. I remember taking some of the world’s least motivated MLM downline builders to hotel meetings and major functions. They used to duck behind a pillar after five minutes, petrified I’d introduce them to anyone successful.

Usually they were outside (in all weathers) with the smokers, even those that didn’t smoke. Obviously they preferred the atmosphere of stale tobacco to the sound of motivated and committed upline telling them they could be successful!

But a lot has changed since then. For one thing, MLM training is not so dominated by huge get-togethers, with a sizeable ‘cajoled’ contingent. Some of the world’s biggest MLM downline builders generate MLM leads online in such numbers that it is this type of MLM training that is in higher demand rather than tips on how to successfully hand out a DVD to ‘Nigel from Accounts’.

Another past problem with lazy downline members was the fact that their laziness would duplicate downwards. So as we tried to create an ‘on-message’ group of enthusiastic MLM downline builders under these individuals, the apathy would dilute anything we said to them. As the new people would be friends of our lazy downline, our positive influence would be drastically diluted.

It seems crazy today that some of us allowed lazy downline members to sap our enthusiasm to such an extent. Maybe you remember that feeling of leaving a large gathering full of revved and motivated distributors and thinking ‘I wish my own group had even one percent of that’.

Yes, in the old days, trying to crowbar MLM training tools into the hands of our lazy downline wasted so much time, it wasn’t even funny. I was expecting people to generate MLM leads when it wasn’t even certain they were generating a pulse.

Another thing lazy downline members would never dream of doing was retailing products. Some would give me a look that would strip paint. The notion of actually doing something was the element of the MLM training that met with the most dogged resistance!

Any attempts by me to generate MLM leads ‘under’ my lazy downline where also sabotaged. Maybe they were supreme MLM downline builders ‘in the rough’. But there’s rough and rough, isn’t there. It was all so much hard work for which there was no reward. I’m getting welled up here!

But these days lazy downline members are not going to hasten our ageing process and make us question what on earth made us think we could ever be succesful MLM downline builders. Even more than that, they can be precisely the kind of distributors we do want on board! Eh?

It’s true. It’s not an uncommon human failing to want the rewards of a large independent income stream such as the big-hitting MLM downline builders enjoy whilst doing next to nothing to attain it. In days gone by we’d say something trite to them like ‘the only place where success comes before work is in the dictionary.’

But now, it is possible to generate MLM leads, leveraging off a lazy downline, giving you and them exactly what they want. Sure it might cost them a little of their cash, but for a lazy downline the idea of having negligible work to do and zero rejection to face is very seductive. Why not give them that? They may become ambitious over time. but their unwillingness to ‘buy in’ on faith at the outset no longer means there’s no role for the lazy in your success. Bring them in!

They may never generate MLM leads for themselves and never really become MLM downline builders, but contrary to what outdated MLM training would have us believe in the past, a lazy downline can contribute hugely to your success and let’s face it, that opens up one enormous market!

Facts: there are people right now are earning in excess of $1,000,000 on the internet right now!

Facts: You can join them to!

Many people often think or dream about making money on the internet. You hear these glamorous success stories. However, we don’t fully understand which type of on the internet opportunity to go for. At the end of this article you will find my resource box that will take you to the best home biz opportunity on the internet that I have found. You can be one of the successful people making money on the internet work at home.

You may have tried some of the home home business opportunities on the internet, and realized after doing a lot of work that the opportunity produced negligible results. It perhaps was nowhere near the pay you could get in a day job.

O Defining MLM Marketing and affiliate marketing

What is affiliate marketing?

Many successful on the internet home business choose to market their products through affiliate marketing. What this means is that you can go on to their site join up as an affiliate and earn commissions from everything that you sell for them. Generally affiliate marketing programs will give you a link with your affiliate code. The affiliate code links to that company’s web site. And you get the commission for the sales.

People earning $1,000,000’s on the internet are using the power of MLM Marketing.

So, what is MLM Marketing?

MLM Marketing is a system of home business which takes affiliate marketing to the next level. The top MLM Marketing company chooses to utilize people for all of its marketing drive. This in effect allows you in MLM Marketing to go at the speed of light, whereas affiliate marketing is sound. MLM Marketing has been around since the nineteen fifties. MLM Marketing has been the secret weapon of some of the richest people on earth. Now with the power of the Internet, MLM Marketing is creating a whole load of new millionaires.

O The battle MLM Marketing vs affiliate marketing

The battle between MLM Marketing versus affiliate marketing begins

Affiliate marketing is easy to start with. We look for products which are hot on the net and new. We market the products, and the site, and collect the cheques.

Though all this sounds good it’s not that simple. You have to find a winning product, know if they are a reputable company. And also make sure that you are one of the first to market this product.

With affiliate marketing you also only have a two-tier commission based system. This means if you refer a web site – you will earn a small percentage of that web sites earnings, however, you won’t earn any money from the people that he or she refers. Even if he or she finds ten people to join as affiliates you won’t even earn 1 cent!

Where affiliate marketing is limited, MLM Marketing comes in powerful overdrive. MLM Marketing allows us the ability to create massive wealth passively.

With MLM Marketing a system is laid out in front of you, giving you the ability to plug into a ready made home business. You get training allowing you to become a master Internet marketer. You get already made web site, the products and you can plug into a money making system right away.

Whereas affiliate marketing only pays two tier, MLM Marketing allows you to get paid however many people join. In the affiliate marketing example those ten people in your top MLM Marketing home business would have meant the potential for serious earnings on the internet. And the best part with MLM Marketing is that once you make the effort, you will still be earning months and months later. You can start in MLM Marketing all for the price of a cup of coffee usually.

So there you have it the battle between affiliate marketing and MLM Marketing is over. MLM Marketing can be a great way to earn money from home for beginners and experienced Internet marketers. Affiliate marketing can be good for seasoned Internet marketers who already know how to make money on the internet.

Till then…

Go for it,

MLM has become a billion dollar industry since the founding companies launched only a few decades ago. The extreme level of accomplishment these companies have attained through network marketing as a channel of distributing products to the masses indicates MLM is ready to be around for a very sustained time. How does a work at home opportunity seek participate successfully inside of this industry? MLM lead generation plays a crucial role in bringing an income producing business to persons who need spare money.

We have all seen commercials of an attractive woman in seductive clothing bent over a luxury vehicle. That kind of marketing would never work in MLM, consumers these days are cautious of falling for marketing campaigns cloaked by hype and sex appeal. People are paranoid and don’t want to fall for ponzi and pyramid schemes, online scams, and get rich schemes. Promoting network marketing lifestyles as nothing other than a person sitting on a deck chair drinking margaritas by the pool convinces no one to join the network marketing industry.

Relatives and acquaintances have probably been approached by several persons they know already. When they hear your prospecting pitch they may quickly give the cold shoulder due to previous encounters so they are not always a good warm market to tap into. However, these people are often overlooked as likely team members. Business owners tread a tight rope whilst taking into consideration speaking to their warm market, but these people must not be overlooked.

MLM lead generation is performed in multiple ways. Maybe the greatest way to acquire the income opportunity seeker is to obtain mlm leads from a MLM lead generation company. This option is often appealing to the new network marketer. As long as the business holder does his or her due diligence researching the company providing leads, they must elude the many pitfalls and horror stories they have heard about.

Proper investigation of these companies includes: Reading forums to see what others experiences have been like; comparison shopping amid multiple lead companies; ask are the leads fresh; inquiring if the leads are good quality for your niche market; and finding out about lead customization options.

Leveraging the power of the internet to produce your own leads use to be an advance mlm lead generation technique that has now been simplified for the internet newbie. Internet forums, web 2.0, LinkedIn, and blogs all offer the business owner free ways to generate fresh mlm leads

If in doubt, research Google and find out who the top earners are in the industry and duplicate what they are doing. The principles of success are not restricted to the same mlm company. Successful marketers are frequently more than willing to offer valuable tips on generating mlm leads.

MLM lead generation takes hard work but will lead to success. Nothing can supplant action when it comes to making a business succeed. Believing in the company and product line is important, but believing in yourself as an expert in the industry will help exude confidence when prospecting. Ultimately the paramount secret to success is confidence and hard work.

The worst thing you can ever do in your MLM business career is to think, ponder, worry or even get the idea that it’s unprofessional to promote! Here are some MLM training strategies for generating your own MLM leads, even if you’re on a tight budget.

Prospects are basically the foundation of any business, as they are the potential customers to the business. So just how do YOU find MLM prospects?

Let’s start out with a definition of the word promote, which is the most important word in finding prospects for your MLM business. The word promote means: to make known.

I was recently doing some MLM training with a person in my downline. She needed some help with her business, which was not growing. As I asked various questions I finally found the “nasty bug” that was stopping her network marketing business from moving forward. She didn’t want to come off as being or sounding sales-y. This stopped her from promoting.

HOW DOES EVERYONE ELSE PROMOTE?

A politician promotes how he/she can make a whole community’s life better; so he’s/she’s making herself known to the public by promoting and making known to as many people as possible what he/she can do for them. If you’ve noticed, politicians promote on TV, radio, signs stuck in the grass or on telephone poles along a busy street or maybe speaking at various group meetings.

A college promotes what courses it offers. It might promote on radio, might promote to high schools or through sporting events. A stockbroker promotes that he can help his/her prospect make money. A local restaurant will promote via radio, or mailing brochures or discount coupons.

THE WORST THING YOU CAN EVER DO IN YOUR MLM BUSINESS CAREER IS TO THINK, PONDER, WORRY OR EVEN GET THE IDEA THAT IT’S UNPROFESSIONAL TO PROMOTE!

You really need to know and understand promotion. The only way you can have prospects, therefore customers or distributors, is to promote. The only way for you to make money in network marketing is to promote. You can write down your dreams and goals and study them every night, but you’re as effective as a billboard in the middle of the desert. No one knows you exist until you make yourself known. So if you ever find yourself where your business isn’t growing or you don’t have enough prospects, enough customers, or enough distributors, what do you do? Promote!

WHY DO YOU PROMOTE?

The reason you promote is to create desire for your product. If you don’t create a desire for your product, it’s very difficult to achieve MLM success. How would you know that someone desires your product or business? Well certainly if you sent a postcard and someone called the number, that’s someone showing desire in your MLM Business. Even if a person called and asked, “How much is this,” it would still be someone showing desire or at least slight interest. If you called a friend and asked them to look at something and they said, “Send it to me,” that’s showing a desire. People sometimes refer to desire as “responses,” as in, someone responded to my promotion.

DIFFERENT TYPES OF PROMOTION

So now let’s talk about different types of promotion that create desire. You could promote your MLM Business in:

1. The Help Wanted, the Sales and Marketing or the Business Opportunity sections of a newspaper.

2. Advertising section of magazines.

3. Direct mail, such as sending out postcards to everyone in your zip code.

4. Door hangers.

5. Emails and banner ads on the internet.

6.  Networking. I’m sure you could have guessed that I would name that one. But you would be surprised at how many people, when mentioning all the ways to promote, miss that one. In fact, if you use traditional promotion with the mindset of just finding a network of people to work , you will fare far better than most who only measure their responses with how many people respond to their advertisement. You can turn one response from a promotion into thousands if you properly network.
One other place to find prospects for your business is to promote to MLM leads that you purchase from a lead company. The advantage of this is you’re only paying for those who’ve responded and you’re not paying for all the people who didn’t respond. If I send out 10,000 postcards and get 20 responses, then I paid for 9,980 post cards that didn’t get a response.

The advantage of writing your own ads of course is being able to target your specific audience with your specific product or opportunity message, which is VERY important and should not be underestimated. In contrast, when you buy leads, you’re buying general ads; perhaps people who’ve responded to wanting a home-based business. The other downside to buying leads is that very often, lead companies resell their leads to more than just you; so you’ve got extra competition to deal with.

THREE BROAD WAYS TO PROMOTE

Now it probably sounded like I just contradicted myself; I didn’t. I just saved you years of running in circles trying to figure out the advantages and the disadvantages to generating your own leads or buying leads. This is the game. You must promote. There are three broad ways to promote.

1. Networking: this costs the least. You’re going to have the costs of meals with prospects and the costs of joining clubs/associations. So I have rock climbing club fees, I have mountain climbing association fees, horseback riding fees, mountain biking fees; these are like $50-$100 dollars a year.

2. Buying leads: this is more expensive than networking, but less expensive than generating your own. It has some advantages and disadvantages: sometimes you get some hot leads; sometimes, you swear you’re calling a graveyard.

3. Generating your own: this is the most expensive, but has the advantages of targeting your prospects. Here’s a list of advertisements that I’ve run to promote my own MLM business opportunity:

* Some people earn Ten thousand dollars a year. And some people earn One million in the same year. Click here to see difference.

* Need more money; NOW!

* Does it ever break your heart to leave your kids at daycare?

* Looking for a FUN business?

* Go to the golf course when it’s not crowded.

* The truth about making money. A lot of it.

* WEALTH FORMULA. Click here (banner ads)

* Wealth formula that takes a lot of effort – but retires you in 4 years.

* Extremely well paying position available to right person. Must have sales & marketing experience. Sales training a big plus.

* Immediate Need for Effective Sales Person. Unlimited earning and growth potential. Self-starter, sales writing skills and team player will be keys to success in this growing, hightech organization. Will be responsible for generating sales leads, preparing and giving presentations on company products and training sales team for (enter your business type. Example: fitness, high-tech or health, etc.) development company. Great benefits. Great FUN TEAM! Fax resume to:

BE “IN” BUSINESS

The bottom line is you must be using at least one of these three methods to achieve MLM success. If you’re not, you’re not in business; you’re out of business. What you should be doing, if you see the big picture and want the very big income, is you need to be doing all three. All the time. Ideally you’d start out by networking, which will create enough money to buy MLM leads, then you’ll generate enough money from the leads you purchased to generate your own leads. My point is, as soon as you start making any money, reinvest it in promotion.

One other MLM training tip: don’t measure your success by just your immediate responses. Any marketer who is of any value knows that how you measure return on promotion investment is based on the “life of the customer;” NOT immediate return. Get one leader from a MONTH or 6-MONTHS of promotion and it can pay you for the rest of your life. People often ask me, how much money did you make your first year in network marketing and I tell them, “I don’t know, I’m still earning it.”

Much respect and admiration,

For almost 4 years I was struggling extremely hard to make it in network mlm marketing and nothing was happening. I followed my upline’s training, made my warm market list, cold market list, cold called prospects, did 3 way calls with prospect and upline, religiously went to meetings, attended training seminars both in and out of state, set appointments to show the plan and hosted countless home meetings. These expenses plus buying product on autoship was causing a serious drain on my cash flow. For all my hardwork, I had nothing to show for it but debt, 2 maxed out credit cards, an abundance of product, and a growing list of friends who avoided talking with me. I often thought to myself: There’s got to be a better way to do this. Something’s missing – it can’t be this hard?

Maybe you can relate.

I respected my MLM upline and wanted to copy them so I could duplicate their success.  But A low point of my earlier experience was that when I would talk with my upline, and some of the so-called gurus, about the specific plan they used to achieve success, I never got anything that I could quantify or frankly understand. I would ask my upline why we did not take greater advantage of the internet in our marketing plans, I was politely ignored. Confusion was a constant for me.

The worst part about it was, I could not – for the life of me – figure out why this wasn’t working! I was doing everything I had been told to do. In fact, I did way more than that. I was the kind of distributor you’d kill for.   My “WHY” was as strong then as it is today.  But I wasn’t any closer to the dream of financial freedom than I was when I started.  In fact, I began to feel as if I had been ripped off  by what I had been taught about network marketing.  So I decided to abandon most everything I had learned about mlm network marketing.  I began looking to the internet for real answers as to why I was spinning my wheels and possible solutions to my marketing problems.

My persistance to find the truth about the secrets of MLM internet Marketing success, and my unrelenting goal to achieve financial freedom, finally led turned on the light about my pass failures and what was wrong.  Armed with that new found knowledge, I was no longer confused and my entire view of mlm network marketng was changed forever.

A key discovery for me was that almost everything I’ve ever been taught about building a network marketing business is absolute BS!  The major reason for that is:  In the network marketing industry,  we have a genuine case of the blind leading the blind.  Network marketing is very unique in that it’s the only business opportunity that’s ever been marketed to the general public on such a massive scale.   Average, every-day people are told that they can jump right into this, with no prior experience what-so-ever and make a killing within 6 months!

For example:
I was taught that everyone is a prospect. As a result, I hosted a meeting for a member of my downline. The two prospects (Husband & Wife) who attended were both unemployed, could not articulate any goals, not interested in starting a home business. I had lossed them after the introductions. But my worse regret was that I had passed the same bad training to my downline. As I drove home from this meeting (140 miles), I kelp thinking that we needed a better way to qualify our prospects. Find out what they want…

Thouands of people are being taught that you don’t need any experience to succeed as they join the MLM network marketing industry over and over again. As a result, 95% of people who get involved in network marketing have absolutely no foundation in effective sales techniques or good business practices.  I feel ripped off by the horrible mess of hype, hot air, misconceptions, falsehoods, delusions, distortions, myths and downright lies that get passed along from one sponsor to the next.  It is clear that this is what happens when you take a bunch of people who don’t have a clue about sales and marketing and have them tell a bunch of other people who don’t have a clue about sales or marketing, to go make a bunch of money doing it.  You see, not only do the common methods taught in MLM network marketing not work, they’re also destructive.  That’s why it’s so common to feel like you’re working yourself  into the ground and not getting anything out of it.

After about 2 1/2 years of having very little success, I was so stressed  that I took 4 months off from my MLM business to regroup from the frustrations, loss of money, and disapointments.

Well, I had put up with this for far too long.  So I started doing the opposite of what my upline had taught me to do and guess what?  I didn’t just start to experience success – I was flooded with it.

I finally stumbled on the secrets to a successful MLM internet network marketing plan.  I also stumbled upon a mentor who began to make sense to me about using the power of the Internet as a content rich source for MLM network marketing.  Now, my stress has diasppeared. I wake up each morning truly excited and enthusiastic about my Home MLM internet business.   I went from the desperation of attracting one person every 3 months into my business…to having more eager prospects than I could handle.

If you’re willing to be open-minded and not afraid of change that you can believe in,  you will discover how you can easily do this too.  I now know that  Network marketing doesn’t have to be so hard.   Using the wrong techniques – like trying to force a square peg into a round hole – makes it hard.
