There are many different home-based-business opportunities available, and it’s important to weigh your options before choosing one.  A great home-based-business option for many people is Network Marketing.  But what exactly is Network Marketing?  And is it right for you?

What is Network Marketing?  It’s important to understand exactly what Network Marketing is.  Often known as Multi-Level-Marketing or direct sales, network marketing is a business model that allows a company to market its products directly to consumers through independent distributors.  Each distributor earns commissions based on the volume of products sold through their organization.

How would I earn money as a Network Marketer?  As a Network Marketer, you generally make money from a combination of three things.  First, you can earn money by building a customer base that buys products directly from the company through a preferred customer or buyer’s club.  Second, you build an organization of other network marketers who use and market your company’s products and earn comissions from the products sold by others in your organization.  Third, you can earn money by buying products from your parent company and selling them at retail.

What are the advantages of Network Marketing?  There are many advantages to having a network marketing business.  Here are just a few.

  • You can work at home (that’s why you’re looking for a home-based-business, right?)
  • You have control over the amount of income you earn through your efforts.  Put in a little effort, earn a little money.  Put in a little more effort, earn a little more money.  Put in a lot of effort, and you have the potential to earn a lot of money!
  • You can leverage the time and efforts of your organization.  To me, this means that you get rewarded monetarily when you help other people to succeed.
  • Most companies have relatively low start-up costs.
  • The Network Marketing industry actually grows during economic downturns.

Who endorses Network Marketing?  Although it sometimes gets a bad rap, many prominent money-making gurus think Network Marketing is a great idea.  Robert Kiyosaki, Donald Trump, and David Bach have all recommended Network Marketing as a great way for the average person to make money.

What skills do I need to be successful in Network Marketing?  Many things go into being successful in Network Marketing, but here are a few that are extremely important.

  • Desire to succeed.  You must be willing to take responsibility for your life and your success.
  • Positive attitude.  If you don’t have a positive attitude, you will get discouraged easily and quit.
  • Take daily action.  People who want to make money without actually doing anything will not be successful network marketers.
  • Willingness to learn.  There is a lot to learn in order to build a successful business.  Find a mentor who can teach you what he or she has done to be successful and learn all you can.  Put what you learn into action!

At first, he never really understood the concept of network marketing. He ignored it until a doctor that he respected became interested in network marketing. He soon realized what “moral compensation” really meant. It meant that working in network marketing has a certain balance and fairness in business. Everything, such as the company, product/service, and compensation, has equality as the network marketer works and earns. There is harmony with the laws of the universe in network marketing because people earn what they deserve. The law of cause and effect is about what you earn depends on the effort you put into your work, and you will receive appropriate recognition and compensation for all your efforts.

 

Furthermore, people work because of two basic necessities in life. They need to feel a certain satisfaction at the end of the day from their job, as well as wanting to earn enough money in order to give themselves the lifestyle that they desire for their materialistic needs. Bob claims that you can satisfy both these needs as you network market. Since there is a gap between the jobs at the bottom and top of the workforce ladder, people at the bottom level often become frustrated. While people in network marketing tend to enjoy what they are doing as they earn a lot of money, in the process.

 

All business is structured like a pyramid, but in network marketing, everyone starts at the top and they continue to grow, depending on the effort they put into the work they do. While in a regular business office, people working in entry-level jobs or blue-collared jobs remain at the bottom and don’t have any opportunities to grow up the ladder toward the top of the pyramid. People in regular businesses don’t help one another unless they have job connections. People literally have to lie, cheat, steal or deceive in order to get ahead in a regular business structure as if they are trying to win a reality show contest.

 

In network marketing, there is no need for such deception or trying to meet the right job connections. People want to help others in order to help themselves. There is no end to this business growth, expansion, and expression because of the unlimited growth. And the more experienced network marketers who are making more money want to sponsor new people to make more money and prosper so that they can further prosper.

 

But there are some challenges in network marketing, such as making a paradigm shift and then helping others create their own paradigm shift. The trick is to know yourself as well as effectively communicate and market to other people your vision. Since the distribution system in this Internet business is more balanced out and harmonious, creating more opportunities to grow and prosper comes quickly and easily as you actually perform your tasks. There is an unlimited amount of supply that is in harmony with the atmosphere, creating unlimited opportunities for income.

 

It might be a difficult transition from the business office environment to Internet marketing. They both are different lifestyles, and it is hard for most people to switch from one to the other. People become accustomed to their old ways of business and become set in the ways that it is hard to make that transition. They can eventually learn the process and get the hang of it, but they will be very frustrated and tense as they try to learn the process that seems so new and foreign to them.

 

In order to learn about network marketing, people need to change their mentality. They need to know themselves well and appreciate themselves as well as have confidence and become more independent in order to work hard and get ahead. The world and business have changed, and people need to adapt to this change in order to move with the flow and continue moving upward.

 

There is a bigger gap between the middle class and the upper class, making the middle class feel hopeless. Network marketing gives them hope to grow, expand and reach the top level of the pyramid. They just need to change their mentality. As they enter network marketing, other people will assist them in the transition. A good example is learning from affluent people. Their income is derived from multiple sources in order to increase their wealth. Network marketing works the same way. As people create a page, they create groups and invite other people to join their groups. The more people they invite to their groups, the more income generators they create. It is all about leveraging and marketing in the short run.

 

Then, they use one or more of the three marketing strategies to generate income. The first one involves not having much time to do your job. People overwork themselves and spend too much time in their job in order to make more money, and they end up being stressed, tired, and miss a lot from their life and families. This first strategy usually doesn’t work well, making people become frustrated with their lives. The second strategy involves investing money in order to generate more income. This marketing strategy works well with leveraging. The third marketing strategy is affluent people’s secret to their success, which is leveraging. It involves generating income based on all the people you invite to your groups, better known as your multiple income sources. Referral marketing is all you need to do. Generating the stream of income depends on demand as well as marketing principles. And through network marketing, people can work a job that they enjoy doing as they watch income accumulate in their bank account. It allows them to create their own job to fit their personality and needs. Therefore, by sponsoring others and helping them succeed in networking marketing, you help yourself succeed and generate more income in multi-level marketing.

People are desperately looking to be led by someone to help solve their problems. You only have to do 5% more to assume the leadership role. Being your true authentic self secreting gives other people permission to be themselves. They would want to be around you because your leadership gives evidence to what you believe.

In the end if you have to right information and surround yourself with the right people you will be successful. The only thing else left to do would be to take action.
